1507 Yacht Avenue sits on the water — every unit looks out over the Cape May marina, with the Atlantic and Victorian district just beyond. Ten condos. One coastal building. Built and maintained by owners who use it themselves.
Every unit comes turn-key: beach badges, beach chairs, parking, fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, and the basics already stocked. You bring the suitcase. We handle the rest.
No filters, no stock. Straight from the building.

Water and shore power included. Slips are reservable by current condo guests only.
Every unit has digital access control with its own private keypad code — no lockbox fumbling, no meeting a host at the door, no waiting around if your drive runs long.
The day before arrival you'll get an email with your code, Wi-Fi info, parking spot, and the short walk-through. Same on the way out: lock the door behind you and go.

John answers the phone — no call center, no offshore agents, no service fees. Ask anything about the units, the harbor, or the neighborhood. If your dates work, he'll book you on the call.

Two daily beach badges per unit so you can walk straight from the building to the sand.
Beach chairs on the first-floor deck — grab them when you head out, skip the parking-lot drag.
One assigned parking spot per unit on a street where finding one is a small miracle.
Building-wide high-speed Wi-Fi. Work mornings, beach afternoons.
Every unit has its own kitchen — full-size appliances, cookware, coffee setup.
Beds made with a fitted sheet, top sheet, and comforter. Four bath towels and two hand towels per unit. (Bring your own beach towels.)
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash stocked in every unit. Show up and start the week.
Owner-operated and hands-on. Real humans answer the phone when something needs fixing.
Watch boats come and go from your balcony. Beach, restaurants, and Washington Street Mall close by.
Beach cruisers available on-site for guests — first come, first served. Cape May is best seen on two wheels.
On-site laundry available to guests booking 4+ nights. Laundry soap included — pack lighter, stay longer.
Every unit at Yacht Avenue is fed by a whole-building water system with water softening and carbon filtration — the same technology we install in homes and businesses across the region. It removes hardness minerals and most common water impurities before the water ever reaches your tap.
A heads-up: clean, softened water can feel slippery or slick in the shower, and you may notice the soap takes longer to rinse off. That's not a problem — that's what water without hardness minerals actually feels like.
Cape May is a proud Coast Guard Community and home to the only Coast Guard Training Center on the East Coast. We're proud to host the families who come to town for graduations, transfers, and visits with the men and women who serve.
If you're coming in for a graduation week or to see a loved one stationed at TRACEN Cape May, let us know when you book — we'll do whatever we can to make the stay easier, from coordinating arrival times to pointing you to the best spots near base.
Yacht Avenue Condos is independently owned and not affiliated with or endorsed by the United States Coast Guard.
Cape May runs on a packed event calendar — jazz festivals, ghost tours, farmer's markets, lighthouse climbs, dolphin watches, Victorian house tours. Whatever week you visit, something is on.
Check the local calendar before you pack, then build your week around what looks good.
Nothing buried in the fine print. Here's everything before you book.
1507 Yacht Avenue sits at the harbor end of Cape May proper — close enough to the Coast Guard base to hear the morning colors, close enough to the beach to leave the car parked all weekend.
Cape May, NJ 08204 is the southern tip of the Jersey Shore — a National Historic Landmark district known for its Victorian B&Bs, walkable beaches, and the working Cape May harbor. Yacht Avenue Condos sits on the harbor side, a few minutes’ walk from the Cape May Lobster House and the Schellenger’s Landing fishing fleet, and about half a mile from the Cape May beach itself.
From your balcony you’ll see the marina, the Coast Guard Cape May Training Center across the harbor, and Jersey Cape sunsets that draw photographers from Philadelphia and New York every summer. The Washington Street Mall (pedestrian-only, lined with restaurants and shops) is a 10 minute walk. Sunset Beach and the SS Atlantus shipwreck are a 12 minute drive west. The Cape May–Lewes Ferry to Delaware leaves from a terminal 5 minutes north.
If you’re coming in for a Coast Guard graduation, Yacht Avenue is the closest non-base lodging to TRACEN Cape May — under a mile from the parade field. Friday graduation weekends fill 6–9 months in advance.
If you’re driving down from Philadelphia (≈90 minutes), New York (≈2 hours 45 minutes), Washington DC (≈3 hours 15 minutes), or Wilmington / Northern Delaware (≈1 hour 30 minutes via the Cape May–Lewes Ferry), Yacht Avenue is the first Cape May exit off Route 109.
