Bed linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are included. Shared beach-cruiser bicycles are first come, first served. Laundry access with soap is available for stays of four nights or more. Bring your own beach towels.

No key pickup or meeting a host. Arrive any time after 3 PM and let yourself in with your private keypad code.
Your door code, Wi-Fi and parking details are normally emailed 1–2 days before arrival. The code works for evening arrivals, too. Checkout is by 11 AM.

A few useful answers
Clear details, without the fine-print hunt.
Units 2, 3, 4, 5 and 9 sleep up to three guests and have full kitchens. Unit 8 sleeps up to six, with a king bed in the back bedroom and two queen beds in the bayside room. Unit 8 is hotel-style, with a microwave, mini fridge and Keurig, but no full kitchen.
We are on Cape May's yacht harbor at 1507 Yacht Avenue, not directly on the beach. Use the location link to plan your route to the beach, downtown and the places you want to visit.
Check-in is after 3 PM and checkout is by 11 AM. Your arrival email normally includes your keypad code, Wi-Fi and parking details 1–2 days before check-in. One vehicle per condo is included. For last-minute arrival questions, contact John at 609-352-6905.
The full rental total is paid by card through Stripe to confirm a reservation. A separate $200 security authorization per unit is scheduled 48–72 hours before arrival; it is not part of the rental charge. Cancellation terms vary by season and time before check-in.

Boat slips are rented only to guests staying in a condo, subject to availability. A small slip, up to 9′ × 30′, is $600 per week. A large slip, 15′ × 35′, is $1,000 per week. Water and dockside electricity are included. Ask about the right slip before booking.

A little extra comfort
Our building's water system includes water softening and carbon filtration, treating the water supplied to every condo, including the kitchen and shower.
Softened water may feel slippery in the shower, especially with soap. The softener removes the minerals that make water hard.
