These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website yachtavenuecondos.com (the "Site"), and any inquiry, booking, or communication with Yacht Avenue Condos ("we," "us," or "our") regarding the six rental condominium units at 1507 Yacht Avenue, Cape May, NJ 08204. By using the Site or submitting a booking inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow guests to inquire about and request stays at our property. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to copy or reproduce content without permission, or to interfere with the Site's operation.

Inquiries and Bookings

Submitting an inquiry through the booking form does not create a confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed only when we send a written confirmation and receive any required deposit. Rates, availability, and house rules are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

Adults-Only (21+) Policy

Yacht Avenue Condos is an adults-only property. Every overnight guest must be 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any booking that violates this policy. Misrepresenting guest ages is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.

House Rules (Summary)

• Adults-only (21+), every overnight guest
• No smoking inside the units
• No pets unless approved in writing in advance
• No parties, events, or amplified music that disturbs neighbors
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy per unit is set in your booking confirmation and may not be exceeded

Full house rules are included in your House Manual, which we send before arrival.

Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds

Deposit, payment, and cancellation terms are set out in your individual booking confirmation. By confirming a reservation you agree to those terms. Refunds, partial refunds, and rescheduling are at our discretion unless otherwise stated in your confirmation.

Damages and Liability

You are responsible for any loss or damage to the unit, its contents, or common areas caused by you or your guests beyond normal wear and tear. We may charge the credit card on file for documented damages or unpaid charges.

Use of the property, the beach, pool, marina, and surrounding area is at your own risk. Yacht Avenue Condos is not liable for personal injury, illness, lost or stolen property, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

All text, photos, illustrations, and branding on the Site are owned by Yacht Avenue Condos or used with permission. You may not reproduce, republish, or use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party services (e.g., maps, Cape May tourism resources). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Cape May County, New Jersey.
